How do I customize the dimensions of my labels?
To do so, go to the Designer menu and click on Label Format, then click Add custom.
In order to add your custom paper format, you need to adjust the following settings:
- Unit: Inches, Centimeters, Millimeters: Choose your preferred unit system.
- Title: Set a unique title to identify your label.
- Paper Type: You can choose between Rolling Paper or Full Sheet Paper (Avery-Like) depending on the printer you are using. If you choose Full Sheet Paper, you will need to set up your label dimensions, your page dimensions, and your page margins. Kodbar will automatically detect how many labels are available on your paper based on those specifications
- Dimensions (Width, Height, Margins): Set up your dimensions based on the specifications of your labels. If you can't find those online, the easiest alternative is to measure them manually with a ruler yourself.
