We must always ask why they want to cancel it and see if it is possible to persuade them not to cancel their subscription but to choose a lower or better plan.
If the user decides not to continue with the subscription, we should do the following:
If it's from Shopify for Kodbar, Flook, or the Catalog Maker:
The user must cancel the subscription from their account and uninstall our application.
If it is from any other platform for the Catalog Maker:

Then the payment and subscription information appears, and we must select where it says "Actions."
A box will appear that asks us if we want to make a refund when canceling the subscription. In some cases, we will make the refunds, and in others not.
We can do a full refund or a partial refund.
When all the aforementioned has been done, we proceed to cancel the subscription by selecting "Cancel Subscription"
